Once a flight has been confirmed either through email, over the phone that flight will take place unless changes are communicated by the customer who reserved the flight. Any flight that is completed based on a confirmation must be paid in full by the customer who requested the flight.
Flights canceled before the cancellation deadline will not have a fee or if paid in advance will be refunded in the manner they were paid.
For reservations in the 5 passenger plane within 24 hours of the scheduled flight, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
For reservations in the 9 passenger plane within 1 week of the scheduled flight there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
MAF reserves the right to combine this fee with a future flight if unpaid or to refuse future reservations until fees are paid.
No fees will be charged due to conflicts related to weather, international airline delays, or MAF's inability to complete the flight.
